½ tsp oyster sauce
salt and pepper, to taste
1 tsp cornstarch
3/4 cup chicken broth
1 Tbsp cornstarch
1 Tbsp. oyster sauce
½ tsp sugar
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1 cup carrots
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1 cup cauliflower, chopped
½ cup green or red bell pepper (capsicum), chopped
1 cup baby corn
½ cup beans or snow peas
½ cup mushroom, sliced
10-12 precooked prawns

- Heat oil in a wok or frying pan over medium heat. Add pork and fry for 3 minutes until browned. Remove pork from wok and keep warm.

- Add carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, corn, bell pepper and beans or snow peas. Stir fry for 3 minutes. Towards end of this time add mushroom and prawns.
